Five years ago, I was broken and tired and overwhelmed.
It’s a pretty common story. I was pregnant with my third baby with two other little ones (ages 4 and 1) to take care of while also trying to sustain my photography business. My partner was typically gone for long hours with work and I found myself crumbling under the pressure. It was all on me.
This is when my journey began in earnest. I was in a dark place for a while and it took some time to climb out of it. But with consistent, grounded action, including daily meditation, I was able to re-write my story and land in a better place. For me and my family.
